PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indexpensive dosage instruction system, and a window communication support system for home care medical treatment which can smoothly instruct a patient in how to take medicine. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a speech collecting means 1 which collects a pharmaceutist's speech of dosage instruction, a speech control means 2 which decodes the encoded voice signal of the speech sent from the speech collecting means 1 into the speech and control the volume of the decoded speech, and a sound reinforcing means 3 which is connected to the speech control means 2 and can be brought into contact with the patient so as to communicate the composite speech outputted by the speech control means 2 to the patient.
