PURPOSE: To enhance the safety feeling to water at a stroke by providing a means synthetically judging the safety of a water tank and a water supply pipe to store the same, and generating predetermined recording and an alarm through a data processing computer in the case of an abnormal value to allow a controller to take a measure. ;CONSTITUTION: A residual chlorine concn. measuring sensor 5 is provided so as to be branched from the terminal water supply pipe reaching the book of a terminal user so as to be capable of always measuring the concn. of chlorine and the measured value is transmitted to the control center 8 of a central water quality and safety monitor system by utilizing a telephone fitted with a modem and a telephone circuit 7 to be inputted to a computer 9 forming a controller. By this constitution, the safety of a water tank 3 and a water supply pipe is synthetically judged and, in the case of an abnormal value, the computer 9 generates predetermined recording and an alarm to inform the same to a controller.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
