PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise as much as possible when a die is collided on a sheet on a blank holder by turnably arranging an approach lever to a stationary member, erecting an actuation cam to a movable member facing the approach lever, operating the actuation cam to the approach lever before a mounted working tool holds a work and approaching a pad. ;SOLUTION: A sheet 24 is placed on a punch 2 and a blank holder 4. By descending an upper die 5, an approach lever 11 is started to be abutted on a flange 15 of the blank holder 4 by an actuation cam 20. The blank holder 4 is approached by the approach lever 11, a die 6 is abutted on the sheet 24. The die 6 is abutted on not the standstill blank holder 4 but on the sheet 24 of the approaching blank holder 4.
