PURPOSE:To enable simple testing of the dynamical characteristic of a beam member by repeated loading in two directions, by providing a hydraulic jack device in the center of a steel-skeleton frame set on a ram of an Amsler tester. CONSTITUTION:A slender steel-skeleton frame 5 set on a ram 3 is provided with a pair of erected right and left posts 7 each upper end of which is fitted with a spherical seat 6, and a test body 8 having a beam part 19 so provided as to project on the opposite sides of a post part 18 is set on the posts 7. In the center in the length direction of the frame 5, a hydraulic jack device 9 is provided removably so that it is opposed to a head 2 of an Amsler tester 1, and a spherical seat 10 and load cell 11 are attached thereto. Downward loading wherein the ram 3 is made to operate with the hydraulic jack device 9 removed and upward loading wherein the hydraulic jack device 9 is made to operate are repeated, and in the meantime, the load of the ram 3 and that of the hydraulic jack device 9 are measured, while the amount of displacement and the degree if strain of each part of the test body 8 are measured by a wire strain gage.
