PURPOSE:To obtain a dynamic balance measuring machine of a tire where a tire rim can be mounted and removed easily and the part life is long. CONSTITUTION:A taper sleeve 51 which can be expanded and contracted in diameter direction is provided at an engagement portion of an upper rim 1 and a lower rim 2 of a tire 300 and an engagement according to a taper sleeve 51 is loosened at the time of engagement and mounting and removal of the upper and lower rims. It is so operated that the engagement by the taper sleeve 51 is clamped during measurement of dynamic balance of the tire after the upper and lower rims 1 and 2 are fitted.
