PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction process for the diaphragm floor of a reactor containment vessel. After the first concrete has been solidified so as to generate its strength, a second concrete placing operation and subsequent placing operations are repeated, and placing loads in the operations are supported surely by the previously solidified concrete and by the built-in beam 34.
