PURPOSE: To improve bonding strength and durability by laminating cork sheets on the surface of a structure body, receiving aerodynamic heating, through film like adhesive to form a cork layer, then sticking film like adhesive. again onto the surface of the cork layer, and pressure-bonding all the layers by heating. ;CONSTITUTION: In order to protect the outer surface and the like of a nose cone 1 in a rocket from aerodynamic heating, modified epoxy group film like adhesive 8 is spirally wound around the whole outer peripheral surface of the nose cone 1. Previously prepared cork sheets are stuck to the whole surface of the film like adhesive 3 in such a way as to be pieced up together to form a cork layer 4. Film like adhesive 5 is spirally wound again around the surface of the cork layer 4. The whole nose cone 1 is then wrapped into a heat resisting nylon film bag, and heating is applied thereto while evacuating the inside of the closed space.
