PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator improved in production efficiency without impairing the function as a cosmetic tool. ;SOLUTION: By a 1st adhesive sheet 3, the central part of a core material 1 wrapped with the outer peripheral section of an applying member 2 is adhered and fixed to the outer peripheral section of the applying member 2. A 2nd adhesive sheet 4 is inserted between two half-limited products 10a and 10b formed by being adhered and fixed with the 1st adhesive sheet 3, then they are adhered and fixed as a whole by pressure from the outside. Therefore, the respective parts of components are satisfactorily adhered and fixed to each other, to produce the desired cosmetic applicator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
