Amount of oil calculation manner of die cushion pin balanced pressure conversion device and peak hydraulic calculation manner of the same device and balanced pressure conversion hydraulic cylinder life calculation manner null of the same
PURPOSE:To prevent the damage and oil leak of pressure equalizing hydraulic cylinders and to prolong a plunger life by increasing the total quantity of the oil to be sealed in the pressure equalizing device of die cushion pins. CONSTITUTION:The plural die cushion pins are provided in the bolster of a press; simultaneously, the pressure equalizing hydraulic cylinders supported by the die cushion are provided in each lower part of the die cushion pins; and in the pressure equalizing device for the die cushion pins for which the above provisions are mutually connected in order to seal in a prescribed hydraulic pressure, the total oil quantity to be sealed in the device is increased. Consequently, a shock applied to the unused hydraulic cylinders is made small, the first peak pressure is thereby made small, and the life of the pressure equalizing hydraulic cylinders are prolonged.
