FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing vaccine against swine transmissive gastroenteritis virus. New vaccine strain of swine transmissive gastroenteritis virus is obtained by attenuation of this virus by passage in culture of cells ПТП at parallel cloning and selection of clones showing antigenic differences from the parent population of virulent virus. This strain is distinguished from virulent strain of this virus by the absence of non-neutralizing antigenic determinant on the surface glycoprotein which occurs always on the corresponding glycoprotein of virulent strains of virus. This determinant is recognized by monoclonal antibodies of the clone T9C9.2 that ensures to distinct this vaccine virus from virulent strains of virus by an antigenic structure and induced seroconversion by methods of solid-phase immunoenzyme assay and histochemical immunoenzyme assay. The obtained strain is characterized by the high reproducing capability in culture cells ПТП, manifestation of typical ЦПЭ and accumulation of virus at titer up to 105 TCD 50/cm4. The strain is harmless, has no reactivity, it shows high immunogenic activity, has no contaminations with bacteria, fungi, mycoplasmas and foreign viruses. The strain shows an antigenic stability, it has no contagiousness and reversibility. The strain is deposited in collection of microorganism strains VNIIVViM at N 1941. The strain has antigenic properties ensuring to distinct its from virulent strain of virus by an antigenic structure and seroconversion induced by this vaccine strain.
