FIELD: methods of performance of oil-gas field jobs in deep-water regions with severe hydrometeorological and climatic conditions, including arctic shelf, and designs of sea hydraulic structures for the purpose. SUBSTANCE: novelty in invention consists in that oil-gas field jobs are performed from platform located in working position in water under layer of effect of storm waves or lower surface of ice field. Platform is made in form of closed water- and air-tight from top and from sides with internal space accommodating all equipment, structures and constructions with surface accompanying of platform by transport complex moving over water or over ice field in reverse direction to water flow or ice drift and corresponding speed, or by stationary shore complex with means of communication with platform and outer world, with a set of evacuation and other survival gears and equipment and instruments for remote control of production processes in platform. Realization of invention makes it possible to extend the boundaries of oil and gas recovery on shelf and other zones of world ocean, including Arctic. EFFECT: reduced cost, terms and labor input in erection of oil-gas field platforms, provision of conditions for year-round performance of oil-gas field jobs, higher safety and environment control. 9 cl, 8 dwg
