FIELD: complex system of reconstruction of domestic houses of the first mass series, applicable in reconstruction of practically any used series of houses to five storeys and lower in various regions of Russia. SUBSTANCE: domestic house of the first mass series after reconstruction has the framework of the old house and a superstructure in the form of an attic floor of volumetric prefabricated block-rooms mounted on a prepared roofing-bed and staircases, lift assemblies mounted outside the house above the entrance plates on independent foundations, and warmth-keeping outside walls.
