FIELD: medicine; applicable in neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: projection is made during lifetime by method of comparison of venous phase carotid antiograms and craniograms of the same patients with consideration of spherical shape of heat upper part. Group of frontal veins is projected on skull vault in front of vertical of external edge of orbit on distance of 27.2 ± 4.3 mm. Group of parietooccopital veins is projected on skull vault to the rear from vertical of external acoustic meatus on distance of 93.8 ± 8.3 mm. Upper sagittal sinus is projected on skull vault in the form of cone beginning on 38 ± 6.5 mm to the rear of glabella point with width in initial part of 2.5 ± 1.2 mm at level of bregma point - 5.6 ± 2.1 mm, and at the level of inion point, of 7.7 ± 2.6 mm. In this case deviation value of upper sagittal sinus from sagittal line in front-rear direction to the right amount to 8.8 ± 1.2 mm. EFFECT: reduced complications associated with damage to venous collectors during operative intervention. 2 dwg
