FIELD: electric generating systems of combined cycle, where fuel such as coal, petroleum coke and the like materials are burnt in fluidized layer under pressure and waste gas formed in burning of fuel is introduced in gas turbine. SUBSTANCE: boiler with pressure inner circulating fluidized layer includes high-pressure vessel 1, combustion chamber 2 located in high-pressure vessel 1 and main combustion chamber 9 with fluidized layer provided with air diffusing device 24. Thermal energy regeneration chamber 10 is separated from main combustion chamber 9 by inclined partition 8. Fluidized medium flows in and out circulating between main combustion chamber 9 and thermal energy regeneration chamber 10. Free part is integrally located above main combustion chamber 9 and thermal energy regeneration chamber 10; as a result, gaseous combustion products escaping from main combustion chamber 9 and from thermal energy regeneration chamber 10 are mixed in projecting shaft. EFFECT: facilitated regulation; reduction of toxic effluents. 34 cl, 15 dwg
