In another aspect, the present invention provides a dispersion medium for synthetic polymers, and a functional imparting agent composition for synthetic polymers containing the dispersion medium for the synthetic polymer and a functional imparting agent.;The dispersion medium for synthetic polymers of the present invention is characterized in that it contains a condensed phenol polyoxyalkylene ether ester having a specific structure, and the functional imparting agent composition for synthetic polymers of the present invention is made of the condensed phenol polyoxyalkylene ether ester. It is characterized by containing a functional imparting agent selected from premises, flame retardants, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants and colorants.
