The present invention relates to a method of processing a polyester fabric, comprising the steps of forming a conventional polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fabric, applying a dyeing step or a necessary processing step, (S10) for preparing a reaction solution by dissolving chitosan and a disperse dye for PET dyeing in a solvent, an impregnation step (S12) for impregnating the PET raw material into the reaction solution, curing for preliminary drying and crosslinking of chitosan (S14), a cooling step (S16) for preventing wrinkles and unevenness, a thermal fixing step (S18) for fixing the dye inside the fibers, and a reducing cleaning and soaking step (S20) for removing unfixed dyes and auxiliaries. And the antibacterial deodorizing and antistatic function is added in addition to the dyeing processing, so that no separate processing step is required, and an excessive processing cost is not required It is effective.
