The present invention relates to a biodegradable shielding membrane containing a drug for inducing regeneration of damaged alveolar bone and a method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, a mesh is manufactured from polyglycolic acid-based fibers, and a biodegradable polymer solution is applied to the resulting mesh. A drug-containing biodegradable for inducing periodontal tissue regeneration, wherein the drug-containing microspheres are uniformly dispersed, comprising preparing a shielding membrane and adding a drug-containing microsphere to one or both sides of the shielding membrane. A method for producing a shielding film and a shielding film produced by the method are provided. The shielding membrane according to the present invention can be usefully used for alveolar bone regeneration treatment.
