The present invention relates to a sewage treatment and treated water recycling system and a sewage treatment and treated water recycling method. The sewage treatment and treated water recycling system according to the present invention includes a ground space and an underground space. The sedimentation basin, the initial sedimentation basin, the aeration basin, and the final sedimentation basin are sequentially arranged and interconnected by the sluice.
