In addition, such force motivating the struts (12) to incline themselves in the right-and-left direction Y while inwardly or outwardly delivering load with any delivery instrument on a carriage (15) can also securely be received by the bottom frame structure (11) in addition to reinforcing structure by means of the projected corner rod members (33) protruding themselves in the right-and- left direction Y from the cylindrical body (30) of the strut unit (12).
