A book or diary paginated in such a way that it has upper partial pages (2) and lower partial pages (4). Said partial pages, the sum of whose heights must be lower than the height of the full page, are alternated in fours with full pages (3), so that there is a substantially equal number of uper and lower partial pages. Therefore, this arrangement of pages, provides a homogeneous thickness of the book. In a single diary, the daily part and the weekly part may be provided at the same time, so that the days of the daily part, belonging to the same week, may be consulted with the days of the weekly part. The result is that the area for weekly planning is situated in the lower/upper part of the full pages (3), whereas the area for daily planning is situated in the upper-lower partial pages.
