PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a nonspecific reaction occurring on the occasion when human PIC is measured immunologically by means of an antihuman plasminogen antibody and an antihuman α 2-plasmin inhibitor antibody. ;SOLUTION: On the occasion when a human plasmin-α 2-plasmin inhibitor complex is measured immunologically by using an antihuman plasminogen antibody and an antihuman α 2-plasmin inhibitor antibody, at least one of an ε-aminocaproic acid and a trans-4-(aminomethyl)cyclohexanecarboxylic acid is made to exist in a reaction system of an immunoreaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
