PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thatch bag-packing apparatus capable of surely collecting reaped thatch and simultaneously packing the collected thatch into a bag. SOLUTION: Reaped thatch is collected by a thatch collecting part and a carrying fan apparatus 3 and fed into a cyclone and a bag-fitting part and a bag-packing part are arranged under the cyclone and a thatch-housing bag is fed directly under a thatch-discharging port of a hopper and a bag port is opened and the bag is held and an opening and closing shutter for the thatch- discharging port is opened and thatch is thrown into the thatch-housing bag and simultaneously, the bag bottom is struck by an oscillating lever to pack the thatch and when fullness of the thatch housing bag is detected, the packed thatch housing bag is released and the next thatch-housing bag is fed to continuously carry out automatic bag packing of the thatch.
