PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict the excution state of periodic repairing work for the maintenance of a machine for a long period by simulating the repairing work progress state for a designated period according to respective periodic repairing work data and outputting the result on a CRT display and a printer. SOLUTION: In a host computer 1, is stored with the kind, operation reference cycle, working staff, and last excution date of periodic repairing work are stored. In a personal computer 2 to which data are transferred from the host computer 1, lap conditions, under which simultaneous execution with other construction is disabled a stored. Then, the respective periodic repair data stored in the host computer 1 are transferred to the personal computer 2. This personal computer 2 performs a simulating process for simulating the repairing work progress state for the designated period according to the respective periodic repair excution data and outputs the result on the CRT display 3 and printer 4.
