PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service equivalent to that accommodated in one exchange, to all subscribers in a network. ;SOLUTION: Nodes B and C whose call processing processors CPU-b and c are connected to a LAN2 constitute an in-house node system. Also, a call processing processor CPU-a makes a node A that is connected to a LAN1 connect to the node B through a digital dedicated line 115 by a communication path switch TSW to constitute a dedicated line network node system. The LAN1 and 2 are connected by using the digital dedicated line communication path. A call processing controller that contains a calling extension and a call processing controller that contains an incoming extension perform distributed control of call control and carry out switch control and call connection service among the nodes.
