PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat vinasse of SYOUTYUU (Japanese distilled liquor) without polluting an environments. SOLUTION: This method for treating vinasse of SYOUTYUU comprises drying a water-absorbing vegetable fiber waste comprising cellulose as a main component, cutting it into small piece groups, adding the small piece groups into a vinasse of SYOUTYUU and mixing with stirring to absorb water in the vinasse of SYOUTYUU in the vegetable fiber groups of the dried small pieces groups.
