PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software specification checking server having high covenience and preventing the miss of specifications. ;SOLUTION: The software specification checking server 10 executes software specification check requested from a user in a process for developing software. A prototype presenting means 11 with a pointed matter description column transmits a prototype with a pointed matter description column which is generated by adding a pointed matter description column 11b for describing a pointed matter for the picture or item of a prototype 11a to the prototype 11a to a client 20 through a network 30 to present the prototype 11a to a user. An identification(ID) information storing means 12 stores the ID information of the picture or item and the ID information of a development operator in charge.
