Production manner null of the yoke part of soft magnetic nonmagnetic one body which has the magnetic flux cutoff section and the yoke part of soft magnetic nonmagnetic one body which has the magnetic flux cutoff
PURPOSE: To enhance strength of yoke component while reducing cost and to enhance sealing performance of yoke member (or fuel injection valve. ;CONSTITUTION: A base material 1 of 12 chromium based stainless steel is irradiated with carbon dioxide gas laser beam while adding a 45 Ni wire. Physical properties are reformed and a nonmagnetic region 2 is formed thus producing a soft magnetic/nonmagnetic integrated yoke component equipped with a flux interrupting part. A coil is wound around the yoke component and a yoke member obtained by forming a steel member seal part on the yoke component thus producing a solenoid valve.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
