PURPOSE: To provide the subject compound useful as a fluorescent labeling pigment, useful for the analysis of antibodies, chemicals, DNA, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: A compound of the formula [M is H2, Mg, Al, etc.; Y is halogen,-OR1,-NR22,-SR3 (R1-R3 are H, alkyl, aryl, etc.,); p is 0-2; A is a condensed polycyclic aromatic ring having m substituents; X is O, N; Q is hydrocarbon, heterocyclic ring; m is 1-4; p is ≥0; four (n) are ≥1, respectively; Z is anion, and E is cationic group; or Z does not exist, and E is polyethylene glycol residue, etc.,]. For example, sodium salt of zinc phthalocyanine tetracarboxylic acid.
