PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device more precisely evaluating the advancing state of osteoporosis by knowing not only the bone quantity of a patient (subject) by also a shape of a trabecula. ;SOLUTION: This device evaluates the advancing state of osteoporosis by means of a programmed computer and the progressing state of osteoporosis is more precisely evaluated than that only by a bone quantity, which is executed from before, by using this. Thereby, a doctor and a health nurse can give a secure advice with respect to everyday/eating habits, the aspect of exercise, etc., and medical treatment for osteoporosis based on a bone quantity and the shape of the trabecula of the patient (examinee) drawn from a picture program.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
