PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wins selecting device which can simply perform a selection of wins. ;SOLUTION: Code information attached to goods is read by a reader part 20. A system control part 30 selects merchandise information to be wins among plural merchandise information that can be outputted from the reader part 20, relates winning discrimination information corresponding to this together with the merchandise information and stores it in a storage part 33 as table data. The system control part 30 discriminates whether the merchandise information from the reader part 20 is the merchandise information for the wins concerned or not, allows a display part 40 to display the discrimination results and informs a user of winning or loss.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
