PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application group development system and an efficient application template development support system by a monitoring control system which mutually links plural applications and realizes a system function and an application template. ;SOLUTION: First, at each step of an event processing for transmitting and receiving each application mutual cooperative event in an application group 1, a common procedure is incorporated as an application template 5 between each of applications with regard to a definition APO function group of a corresponding series of middle ware group 2 which executes the function concerned and only a registration event group different by the application is called out so that it is difference added as each application inherent part 6. Next, as a computer resource on an operating system 3 which operates on hardware 4, the application group 1 and the middle ware group 2 are executed and function as the monitoring control system as a whole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
