PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable agriculture and afforestation which do not pollute the environment, such as recycling of a large amt. of sludge and sewage and reforming of defective soil to good-quality soil to form planting soil, by recycling natural materials, such as immortal natural fibers and combustion ashes. ;SOLUTION: The immortal natural barks are used by pulverizing the barks of Aomori cypresses, cedars, cypresses and eucalyptus to a fibrous form. The pulverized articles (powder) of the branches or waste materials after production of converted timber, of these specific trees or the sawdust of these trees are usable as well. The powder and sawdust of these trees have a high initial effect but are short in this effect and are, therefore, are used, in many cases, for an immediate effect or in an auxiliary manner. The immortal natural fibers are preferably compounded at about 5 to 300%, more preferably about 10 to 200% with sludge in order to recycle the sludge. The fibers are compounded at about 0 to 30%, more preferably about 0 to 20% with the combustion ashes. Joint soil, planting soil, spraying materials and soil conditioners are produced by adding the immortal natural fibers and combustion ashes thereto and preferably adding the fine powder of Kanuma soil at about 1 to 30%, more preferably about 5 to 20% thereto.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
