PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To practice continuous wall work while preventing a collapse of a ditch wall by injecting muddy water into this ditch by excavating the ditch, inserting a muddy water pack into the ditch and injecting the muddy water into the muddy water pack. ;SOLUTION: A first ditch 4 is excavated so as to fill the inside of the ditch 4 with muddy water. Next, clearances 10, 10 are formed between pressure-proof plates 6, 6 and ditch walls 5, 5 by inserting a collapse preventive body 9 of a ditch wall 5 composed of two pressure-proof plates 6, 6 opposed to the ditch walls 5, vertical H steel 7 and horizontal steel 8 into the ditch 4 by hanging down it by a crane. Muddy water is injected into a muddy water pack 12 by inserting the muddy water pack 12 into the clearances 10, 10 by the crane. Afterwards, the muddy water or water is filled/pressurized by releasing a hose 14 from a muddy water or water tank 13 arranged so as to be vertically freely movable. Next, second/third ditches are similarly excavated. Therefore, continuous wall work can be simply/easily practiced without an accident while preventing a collapse of the ditch walls.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
