PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use one thing for two purposes, as a new year's gift envelope and as a wall ornament, by making a kite out of the envelope. SOLUTION: This New Year's gift envelope kite is formed by attaching bamboo, plastic or light metal thin sticks (2) on the back side of the envelope whose bottom is provided with a tab (1), and by winding with thread (3) a part where the thin sticks cross. By this, a beautifully printed miniature kite can be displayed on a wall or pillar for long time enjoyment after used as an envelope for a New Year's gift.
