PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent extra-banking concrete from being placed by collecting samples at optional height positions for the placed concrete lifted with the crest, collecting a sample at a pile head section, judging the samples at an early stage to confirm the prescribed quality, and stopping the crest of the placed concrete at the crest position of a pile. ;SOLUTION: When a tremie pipe 3 is used to place concrete 4 in a pile hole 1, a plurality of samples are collected at optional height positions for the placed concrete 4 lifted with the crest, a sample is collected for the concrete 4 at a pile head section (pile crest L₀), the early judging method is applied to these samples, the quality of the placed concrete 4 is quantitatively evaluated, and the prescribed quality is confirmed at an early stage.
