PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system capable of affording compound fertilizers carefully adapted to necessary fertilizer quantities with time for farm products. ;SOLUTION: This system has such a scheme that, the memory 26 of this system 10 contains compound fertilizer design program 30, farm product information file 32, soil fertility information file 34, fertilizer information file 36, and weather information file 38; wherein the compound fertilizer design program 30 has a routine 42 for calculating fertilizer quantities needed with time for growing crops, a routine 44 for calculating fertilizer quantities leaching out with time associated with the change with time of ambient temperature, and a routine 46 for selecting two or more kinds of fertilizers from a group of fertilizers and determining the formulation quantities of the respective fertilizers selected so that the quantity of a compound fertilizer prepared from such two or more kinds of fertilizers leaching out with time either coincides with or approximates to the fertilizer quantity needed with time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
