PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength by forming a foaming curing layer on ground and burying a partition member regulating the foaming direction of foaming resin raw material. SOLUTION: After ground 11 and an oblique face 12 are excavated and a foundation plane 14 is formed in a ground upper face 11a, waterproof primer is applied on the plane 14 and the oblique face 12. Next, a plurality of supports such as H shape steel are vertically provided at a prescribed interval, a part between the adjacent supports is covered with a steel plate or the like and a wall face 13 is formed. Next, the prescribed number of partition members for foaming direction regulation is disposed to partition the ground 11 into a plurality of divisions, a foaming resin raw material such as hard polyurethane foam is discharged and cured on the plane 14, and a first hard foaming layer 22 is formed. Furthermore, a similar process is repeated, a plurality of the hard foaming layers 22 are laminated and integrated in order, and the hard foaming layer 21 is formed. Thereby strength can be improved and execution management can be facilitated.
