PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accept update data before the date of appointment by including condition data, with which the conditions of handling are determined, in the update data and executing reflecting processing or extracting processing, based on the condition data. SOLUTION: When the update data including the date of command and the date of appointment are transferred from respective data bases by purposes to a shared data base DB, an intermediate file generating part 130 generates a status managing table. The status managing table stores the date of command, the date of appointment and state code shoving the state of the update data. A state transition managing part 140 manages the state code by comparing the current date, the date of command and the date of appointment. When the state code indicates presence, the contents of an original data base 10 are reflected with the update data. When extraction applications 211-217 generate extraction data for respective data bases by purposes while referring to the state code, mask processing is performed by a mask part 230, a header is added by a post-processing part 240, and a file is transferred to the respective data bases according to the purposes.
