PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat the inside of a Japanese foot warmer and to suppress an abnormal temperature increase by controlling the energization of a fan motor according to the detection temperature of a temperature sensor when heating the inside of the Japanese foot warmer by discharging the radiation heat and the conduction heat of a heater forcibly using the fan motor toward the outside a heater unit for heating. ;SOLUTION: When a heating switch 15 is turned on and a set temperature is set to, for example 'low' when using a Japanese foot warmer, no output is available from a comparator 20 initially since temperature in a heater unit 1 is low, a relay contact 24 is turned off, and the energization of a fan motor 3 is interrupted. On the other hand, a thermostat 6 is ON from the beginning, so that heaters 4, 4 are energized for heating and the temperature in the Japanese foot warmer is rapidly increased. When a detection temperature by a thermistor 5 reaches a specific temperature that is lower than the set temperature, a relay contact 24 is turned on by the output of the comparator 20 and the fan motor 3 is rotated, thus discharging warm air.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
