PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for calibration of an instrument for analysis, or for analysis of unknown concentration of a sample, and to simplify an analytical line. ;SOLUTION: In a component concentration stabilizing method for supplying object gas supplied from a gas supplying source 1 to an instrument 8 for analysis via a prescribed piping D, a slight amount of moisture is contained in the supplying object gas to flow into the piping D. Preferably, the supplying object gas containing a slight amount of moisture is held in the supplying source 1 to make the supplying object gas containing a slight amount of moisture flow from the supplying source 1.
