PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly morpheme-analyze a denizen which is not registered in a dictionary by optionally setting processing orders between an inflected ward analyzing step, a denizen analyzing step and non-denizen analyzing step. SOLUTION: A natural language sentence input part 11 inputs a natural language sentence to send a conjugated analyzing part 12. The part 12 analyzes whether a denizen is the conjugated from or not in the inputted natural language sentence through the use of a conjugation rule dictionary 16 and a denizen dictionary 17 and gives the mark of the finish of analysis to a conjugated form part. A denizen analyzing part 13 morpheme-analyzes the denizens by referring to the dictionary 17 concerning a part which is not given the mark of the finish of analysis and gives the mark of the finish of analysis to analyzed denizens. A non-denizen analyzing part 14 executes morpheme analysis concerning the part which is not given the mark of the finish of analysis. The whole analyzing result is outputted from an analyzing result output part 15. The processing orders from the conjugated word analyzing step to the non-denizen analyzing step are optional.
