PRODUCTION OF FUNCTIONAL LIQUORS OBTAINED BY MIXING REFINED RICE WINE (SAKE), SYOUTYUU (LOW-CLASS DISTILLED SPIRITS) OR LIQUORS WITH GREEN TEA, POWDERED GREEN TEA, TEA ESSENCE, OLIGOSACCHARIDE, DIETARY FIBER AND VITAMIN C
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain refined rice wine (sake), SYOUTYUU (low-class distilled spirits) and medicinal liquor having excellent functional medicinal effects. ;SOLUTION: Refined rice wine (sake) or SYOUTYUU (low-class distilled spirits) is mixed with green tea, powdered green tea, tea essence, an oligosaccharide, dietary fiber and vitamin C. The effects of the components double the pharmacodynamic effects by the interaction to give a liquor excellent as a functional medicinal liquor. The action effects are as follows. (1) Control of formation of lipid peroxide as the cause of aging. (2) Reduction in excessive cholesterol in blood. (3) Prevention of thrombosis (blood lump in blood vessel). (4) Antimicrobial, antitoxic and antiviral action. (5) Control of carcinogenic substance. (6) Control of the rise in blood pressure. (7) Return of a blood sugar value (concentration of glucose in blood) to a normal value. (8) Intestinal action. (9) Improving action on serum lipid.
