Between the end surfaces (11, 12) of the elements (1, 2) there is formed a joint zone (5) into which loop-shaped reinforcements (3, 4) of the elements penetrate. A spoiler-type element (15), moulded with one element (1), delimits one side of the joint zone (5), sealing means (20, 21) being interposed between the end (16) of this spoiler-type element and a corresponding part (17) of the other element (2). During assembly of the elements, they bear on one another via elastic wedges (25) and some of the loop-shaped reinforcements (4) of the upper element (2). Next, a binding concrete with low shrinkage is poured into the joint zone (5) in order to secure the elements (1, 2). Use particularly for hollow constructions under backfill. IMAGE
