a method and a system for evaluating the regularity of heart function works in conjunction with elektrokardiographischen (ecg) wellenformdarstellungen of cardiac function. the method and the system monitor ecg wellenformdaten first a special patients during a given time period and draw them.while the ecg wellenformdaten monitored and recorded, a set of ecg waveforms from the monitored and recorded data is generated. this sentence consists of waveforms, are regarded as different.after the predetermined period of time has elapsed, the total number of unlike waveforms in the sentence are counted, and the total number of unlike waveforms in the sentence is divided by the total number of waveforms, the ecg data were included in the v orgegebenen period are recorded and monitored.the result of this division is regarded as deorganisationsindex and serves as a measure of how dissimilar in successive waves of the ecg wellenzugdaten, and provides a good indication of the regularity, thus the cardiac function.
