The device has a highly flexible suspension, e.g. a flexible, thin suspension fibre supporting from the top of the device a mass which is free to move on all sides and is isolated and screened from external disturbing forces. Consequently only the interacting forces between the masses in the surrounding area and the mass in the device have any effect. Depending on the design and form of the arrangement these forces set the latter mass into a specific movement which is maintained so long as the arrangement of the surrounding masses maintains its position relative to the suspended mass. In this way the natural energy difference present in the gravitational field and transfer force between unequal mean constant gravitation levels is converted into technically usable forms of energy of the suspended mass, such as constant rotary energy, movement energy, etc., preferably for use with the arrangements in the following claims
