FIELD: biotechnology, veterinary virology. SUBSTANCE: polyvalent serum "Vitacan-C" has antibodies raised to plague, parvoviral enteritis and adenoviral infection pathogens at titers 1:64 (in РН), 1:128 (in РТГА) and 1:4 (in РДП), respectively, not less. Serum is obtained by dog immunization with polyvalent antigen containing equal volumes of plague virus (strain "Vladimir") cultural suspension, inactivated parvovirus (strain "Chin") cultural suspensions and adenovirus (strain "Gep-Ad-II"). Globulins were precipitated from serum by the known method and polyvalent immunoglobulin "Vitacan" is obtained. EFFECT: high specificity and activity of preparations, absence of by-side effects. 2 cl
