The accident evidence generating system consists of the outer case(1), the cover(2) and the inner case(3), the lock nut(14) formed at the central part of the outer case one side and the push load(11) on the opposite side and the septum(19) formed in one piece in the inner case. To the outside of the inner case, the outside cover(5) which the locking shaft(21) that gets stuck on the septum is formed and the spring(25) between the inside and the outside covers where the designated number for the automobile registered small beads is installed and at the bottom of the cover, the lever(22) that mounts the outer case locking shaft is installed to hook it on. At the impact of the automobile while driving, the outer case which is fixed to on the automobile body and the push load are pushed back. Therefore, the locking shaft mounted on the lever is released from the fixing condition, the spring extends and the inside and the outside covers breakaway by the spring extension.
