The method for intercepting aerial targets based on a neural network is used in the military field for intercepting mobile targets with unknown dynamics, such as anti-missile systems and systems for hitting enemy aircraft, in simulation centres, to train pilots for intercepting a target, as well as in the civilian field, to achieve spacecraft coupling on orbit. The method uses a non-linear perceptron type of neural network, designed based on a learning algorithm.
