PURPOSE: To support the information transmission of ISDN system based on both the European system (CEPT) and the Nothern American system (T1) by providing a 1st-order group speed transmitting/receiving means and a frame arranging means. ;CONSTITUTION: When receiving information from an external exchange, a 1st- order group speed transmission/reception part 100 receives the information through a CEPT/T1 line. The received information is transmitted to a frame arranging part 200 and according to whether it is a CEPT system or a T1 system, the information is impressed to a B channel switch part 300 and a D channel control part 400 in the frame structure of 30B+1D or 23B+1D. Among the information impressed from the frame arranging part 200, B channel information is allocated to 30 pieces of (CEPT) time slots of 23 pieces of (T1) time slots among 32 pieces of PCM time slots and transmitted to the switch matrix of the system. The D channel information is extracted by a D channel control part 400 and transmitted to the high-order level of the system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
