PURPOSE:To obtain a feed blend for fattening cow, preventing retention of eating in the latter period of fattening, bringing about extreme increase in weight by blending yeast with yeast culture, hydrolyzed substance of protein and by-pass fats and oils. CONSTITUTION:1 pt.wt. yeast such as Torula yeast is blended with 0.05-1.5 pt.wt. substance prepared by culturing yeast culture such as beer yeast in a mixed medium of honey, peptone and salts and dried in a state of maintaining multiplying ability of yeast, 0.05-1.5 pts.wt. hydrolyzed substance of protein such as hydrolyzed substance prepared by hydrolyzing peeled soybean cake with an enzyme and 0.2-10 pts.wt. by-pass fats and oils such as melting point adjusted powdered beef tallow to give a feed blend for fattening cow. 100-500g/day of the blend is fed to a cow.
